The third and last phase of the Wandering Sounds and Images seminar, organized by Mire in the context of the european project SPECTRAL, will be held at Mire between February 17th and 25th !
At the heart of the SPECTRAL project which aims to expand the possibilites of cinema, Mire explores the notion of “Wandering” : mobility, adaptation to multiple environments, roaming. In this seminar which started a year ago in February 2023, a team made up of international and local artists delved into the task of developing new tools for light and film projection (16mm or other) as well as a acousmonium type sound system, both transportable and autonomous and designed for the practice of outdoor film performances.
